Our room was really clean with a comfy bed. The staff were very helpful, with Marcos going above and beyond to return my lost passport and money. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants in the area. The rooftop bar had fine views, and the complementary coffee machine was a nice touch. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and well-equipped rooms with a great view of the city. The rooftop bar on the eleventh floor offers fine sunset views. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, historical areas, and shopping
The air conditioning was either too cold or off, forcing us to open the window for fresh air.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to major landmarks, easily accessible to shopping districts, transport, and shops. The rooms offer a comfortable bed, adequate climate control, and coffee maker. Some rooms also offer fantastic views of the city. The friendly staff provides exceptional service, always willing to assist with restaurant recommendations and attraction inquiries.
There were minor issues in some rooms, such as a noisy water pressure and scratched furniture.
